How do I place an order on the Cartice website?

Visit our official website, browse our collections, and select your preferred items. Click 'Add to Cart' and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and complete the transaction. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once the payment is processed.

What payment methods does Cartice accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay,=. All transactions are securely processed to protect your financial information.

Can I modify my order after I've placed it?

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, contact customer support to request modifications, such as changing the color of your watch or updating the shipping address. Once the order is processed, modifications are no longer possible.

What currency are the prices on your store listed in?

All prices on our store are listed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are shopping from outside the U.S., your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate based on your local currency.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options does Cartice offer?

We provide two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 days
  • Express 7–12 business days
  • Priority Express Shipping: 5–10 business days

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping. Weekends and holidays are not included in these timeframes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on our tracking portal to get real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

What is Shipping Protection, and should I purchase it?

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides full coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. If you choose to purchase Shipping Protection, we will replace or refund your order in the event of any shipping issues. However, if you opt out of Shipping Protection, Cartice is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. We highly recommend adding this coverage for peace of mind.

What is the Cartice's return policy?

How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange a product for a different model?

Yes, exchanges are allowed, but a $15 USD exchange fee per item applies. If the new watch is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.

Is this the actual product I'll receive or just promotional images?

All our product photos and videos feature the actual Cartice watches we sell. We don't use stock images or misrepresentative content. What you see in our product images represents what you'll receive.

How do I get the free gifts with my Watch?

Important note for bundle promotions with free gifts: Watches that come with free chains and bracelets (like our 4th of July 70% OFF bundles) cannot be mixed with other chains or bracelets. You must select from the specific chain and bracelet options included with that watch bundle. To receive the free gifts, you must order directly from the promotional bundle page—ordering the same watch from a different product page will not include the free gifts.

For our current 70% OFF promotion: Each watch comes with pre-selected free chain and bracelet options. You cannot substitute these items or add different accessories. The free gifts are only available when ordering from the specific promotional bundle pages during the sale period.

How does the Buy 1 Get 1 Free chain promotion work?

For our Buy 1 Get 1 Free chain promotions, add any eligible chain to your cart and the second chain of equal or lesser value will automatically be discounted at checkout. You can mix and match different chain styles as long as they're both part of the BOGO promotion.

Important restrictions:

  • The promotion only applies to standalone chain purchases, not chains that come as free gifts with watch bundles
  • You cannot use BOGO chains with watches that already include free chains (like our 70% OFF bundles)
  • The discount applies to the lower-priced chain when selecting two different chain values
  • Both chains must be added to your cart for the promotion to activate
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other chain/bracelet offers
